Kerri has always been dedicated to fitness, health, and wellness.  From old-school step-aerobics to kick-boxing to running half and full marathons, she loves it all!  The spinning craze hit the east coast in the late 90's and she wanted to be a part of it.  Kerri became certified and has been teaching ever since.  Come make YOUR dedication to staying fit!  Boost your energy and find YOUR strong!


​​Anne Marie Tokarczyk, Certified Instructor and Personal Trainer
Anne has been a Group Fitness Instructor for 15 years.  Recently, she discovered her love for Indoor Cycling, and has enjoyed teaching and coaching at ReCYCLE.  She's also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and loves coaching her clients and seeing them reach their fitness goals.  Anne graduated in 1992 from the University of Detroit with a Bachelors of Science and Dental Hygiene.  She practices a few days a week along with teaching classes & training.  "I love a great variety of music, classic and current, and am always working to integrate new sounds into my classes, along with the best technique and safe riding skills.  Come join me for a high energy, and calorie blasting workout!"


Sue Misch, Certified Instructor and Personal Trainer
Sue has been a fitness intructor for almost 20 years.  She is a certified personal trainer, certified indoor cycle instructor and certified group fitness instructor.  She has taught hi/lo floor aerobics, step aerobics, strength, core classes, and of course indoor cycling.  Sue has been a cycle instructor since 1997.  It was around that time, indoor cycling first came to the Midwest.  She suffered from severe plantar fasciitis because of teaching so many hi/lo and step aerobics classes.  Once she started teaching indoor cycling she never had foot pain again.  Sue also specializes in senior fitness and currently works at Rochester's senior center, The OPC, as a personal trainer. 


Lori Krajenke, Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT 200
Lori has been practicing yoga for well over ten years and has seen the benefit of her practice in her daily life, both mentally and physically.  Lori believes that yoga is for every~body and makes each class accessible for all levels of practitioner, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a first timer.  It's not just about increased flexibility in your body, but also mental clarity and reduced stress.  You will leave feeling renewed and relaxed having left the stress of your day on the yoga mat.


Mary Carol Certified Instructor 

Mary is a certified Schwinn Spin Instructor, as well as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through ACE since 2002. She is currently teaching a variety of classes in the area, including Barre, Pilates, Yoga, BootCamp, Spinning, and TRX.  She is also certified in BOSU, Stability Ball, Dumbbell Training, and LesMills CXWORX.  Mary also has clients she works with independently for Personal Training sessions.  


Alison  DeJaeger  Certified Instructor

Alison began spinning in 2010 when she accidentally walked into the wrong studio at her gym in Chicago, and was too embarrassed to leave. Twenty minutes in, she realized this was the perfect way to offset her proclivity for beer and pizza. She started teaching two years later, and moved back to Michigan in 2013 where she found reCYCLE fitness and new it was the studio for her.

Being active has always been very important to me. I have been working out for more than 20 years. The last 15 of those have been focused on running. I have run races at all distances including the Detroit Free Press Marathon in 2015. In 2014, I started spinning and instantly fell in love.  I decided that I wanted to pursue teaching so I got certified by Schwinn and here I am leading my own classes.  I love motivating people to reach their fitness
