Cycle-Cycling is ideal for people of all levels of fitness. Our cycle classes will include different workout sections from the warm up, to climbs (Hills) to a variety of sprinting sections. Don’t worry, the instructor will guide you through and everyone works out at their own pace and resistance level at all times. Indoor cycling classes are coached with high energy music. Riders may synchronize their pedaling to be in time with the rhythm of the music, thus providing an external stimulus to encourage a fantastic workout. Cycle classes are great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.
TRX-The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness professional looking for a new skill, or a budding beginner looking for a place to start, TRX has a solution for you.
Boot Camp-Boot camp classes are a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. The body hates change! It would much rather do the same things every minute of every day. Our boot camp classes utilize the principle of muscle confusion. You will never do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because…your body will never adapt and you will never plateau! You will get results and they will come quick and continue to come.
Yoga-In our yoga classes beginners will be introduced to the basic principles of yoga and begin to strengthen the mind and body. More advanced participants will also find a great strengthening workout with instructor led modifications. Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose.
